Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Xyvero Services Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work to resolve it promptly and professionally.

1. Returns

1. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
3. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding:

1. Confirmation of item receipt
2. Approval or rejection of your refund request

If approved:
1. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
2. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Recheck your bank or payment account
2. Contact your payment provider (some banks may take longer to process refunds)

4. Sale Items

1. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
2. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
2. To request an exchange for the same item: Email us at info@xyverokart.in
3. Once approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 7–10 business days

6. Order Cancellation Policy

1. We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
2. To request a cancellation: info@xyverokart.in
3. Include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation

Cancellation Charges:

1. A handling fee of 5% of the order value or ₹50 (whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund
2. If the order has already been dispatched, applicable shipping charges will also be deducted

⚠️ Important:

1. Cancellations are only possible before your order is packed or shipped
2. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
